Playtest I checked five ores on cave walls. Did diamond hide most? Iron showed on open faces about twice as often as diamond. Playtest I counted diamonds in 1,024 chunks. Did Y=−59 win? Four seeds. Every ore block from Y=−64 to 16. Playtest How far off is a brand-new Nether portal? Most first landings sat only a few blocks off the usual aim.
